IGP Summer Camp 2022
This workshop of five FULL days of mixed Tracking, Obedience and Protection will be tailored for each individual dog and handler with Paul Flanagan and Julie West.
Paul’s reputation in this sport needs no further introduction (9 times German Shepherd World Championship competitor) and Julie has qualified and competed nationally and internationally with her Dobermanns and is an apprentice Judge of IGP sport. Both are certified in the NePoPo training system to Gold standard and use the NePoPo trademarks with the permission of Bart and Michael Bellon.
These sessions will include thorough explanations of both the sport and the exercises as well as how to train YOUR dog specifically to gain maximum value.
All handlers from beginner to advanced are welcome with ANY breed.
Places for a course of this type are very limited and there are no spectators, to ensure that we have enough time to spend with everyone individually as well as provide explanations and answer questions from all participants as we progress.
Drinks, snacks and a light lunch will be provided each day.
Accommodation may be found in The Coffee Drop B&B in Ballygar itself or in nearby Roscommon where there are a variety of B&Bs, hotels and guest houses.
Parking and limited camping is available on site. Attendees should ensure that all dogs can be comfortably secured in their vehicle for the periods during the day when they are not working.
